Urban Freeflow new “Technique” page

Urban Freeflow has just released it’s new “technique” page, it contains over 40 edited clips of all the essential parkour techniques. There are even some new moves that they didn’t care to put on the old “basics” page, such as the 360 cat (video above), The Crane, Flag.. etc.
